Shipping

We are delighted to provide worldwide shipping for all our valued customers, and our team is committed to dispatching all orders within 1 business day. Once your order is on its way, you will promptly receive a tracking number and shipping notification to keep you informed every step of the way.

 

For international orders, please be aware that import taxes and fees may be the responsibility of the recipient. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shipping process for all our customers around the globe.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with the product, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies. Your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


To initiate a return, please contact us at info@eze3pod.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we will not accept or refund items sent back without prior approval.

Damaged products?

In the event that your eze3pod incurred damage during the shipping process, we kindly request that you provide us with a photo of the damage. This will enable us to thoroughly assess the situation and replace the affected part(s) promptly. We respectfully ask that you refrain from using the product before capturing the photo of the damage, as this may impact our ability to process a replacement for you.
